Topic: Abortion and the Supreme Court.

Recently, the U. S. Supreme Court heard the Dobbs case out of Mississippi. Court watchers observe that this is perhaps the strongest challenge to Roe v. Wade since the Casey case in the early 1990s. Chelsey Youman is the Texas State Director and National Legislative Advisor at Human Coalition Action. She testified before the Texas state legislature on the state’s heartbeat law, SB 8, and wrote an amicus brief in the Dobbs case, arguing that the Supreme Court should repeal Roe v.
