Topic: Are Americans Willing to Defend Our Nation?

Recently, Dr. Richard Land, president emeritus of Southern Evangelical Seminary, wrote an op-ed for the Christian Post, a major Christian website for which Dr. Land serves as the Executive Editor. The article was asking if the spirit of 1776 is imperiled, in our day? Dr. Land noted, “I have been tremendously inspired in recent days by the incredibly courageous defense Ukrainians have mounted in response to the Russians’ savage and unprovoked invasion of their country…. The “Spirit of 1776” does live in Ukraine, but does it still live in the United States of America?”
