President Biden promised that if elected, if he got the chance to nominate a Supreme Court justice, he would choose a black woman. Well, the left fast-tracked the retirement of liberal Justice Steven Breyer recently, “Thank you for service—buh-bye. Here’s the door!” And now comes Biden’s nominee, Ketanji Brown Jackson. Conservative critics note that this is a very radical judicial nominee. For example, she’s radically in favor of abortion rights.
