America’s first liberty is religious liberty. The nation was founded ultimately for the purpose of religious freedom. Yet many today religious liberty is at risk. On the forefront of fighting for our nation’s first liberty is First Liberty (formerly Liberty Institute). Recently there was a case out of Anchorage, Alaska, where the Anchorage Equal Rights Commission was attempting to deny a Christian attorney’s rights to defend his client. But through First Liberty’s involvement, the attorney prevailed.
