Vocal Point-Michael Johnson

Topic: Russia and the Gospel

700,000 Russian children live in orphanages or children’s homes there. That alone is a huge mission field for the Gospel. The Slavic Gospel Association (SGA) is dedicated to helping as many Russians as they can reach with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Their website notes: “From our founding in 1934 through today, SGA has been working with churches in Russia, the former Soviet countries of Eastern Europe, and Central Asia to share the Gospel, help train leaders for the church, and to help the hurting and forgotten in the name of Jesus.” Michael Johnson, the director of the Slavic Gospel Association (with headquarters in the Chicago-area), joins Jerry Newcombe on Vocal Point to discuss the spiritual state of Russia and how to win the country for Christ. www.sga.org
