John Adams famous said that our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other. Fast forward today, and we see rampant immorality—sometimes even promoted in some churches? The American Family Association writes: “A recent Barna study revealed that traditional biblical ideology isn’t even safe in the American church. Researchers found that a large number of adults who regularly attend church are abandoning traditional conservative perspectives on social and political issues amid a firm disinterest in a biblical worldview.
