Vocal Point-Nils Grevillius
Topic: Homelessness in America.
All this year, we celebrate America at 250. Two and a half centuries ago, 56 men in Philadelphia, representing three million back home said yes by voice-vote to the final wording of our Declaration of Independence, which declared independence from England, and at the same time, dependence upon the Creator. The Declaration says that God has given us inalienable rights, and among these are “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Fast forward today, and we see a homeless crisis, especially in some of the blue cities, like Los Angeles. What happened to the pursuit of happiness? Publius Communications writes: “Los Angeles has spent billions of dollars attempting to solve its homelessness crisis, yet the number of people living on the streets remains staggering. Where has the money gone—and why aren’t taxpayers seeing results?” Nils Grevillius, author of the The Last Lawman: True Stories of a Private Detective, is a Los Angeles–based private investigator with more than 30 years of experience conducting cases across all 50 states and around the world. Nils Grevillius joins Jerry Newcombe to discuss the homeless crisis, especially in Los Angeles. Home – Nils Grevillius Private Investigator
