In the early years of America, there was a great deal of literacy, and the Bible or Biblical principles were widely taught. But, notes Dr. Bill Donohue, the president of the Catholic League, “We live in sick times when sick members of the ruling class are on a tear, ripping up established moral norms, imposing in their place a radical secular worldview where there is no such thing as nature or nature’s God. They need to be defeated in all walks of life, not just in education.” Donohue has written a new book, entitled, The War on Virtue: How the Ruling Class Is Killing the American Dream.
