Vocal Point-Dr. Corey Miller

Topic: Higher Education Deficiencies Today.

Harvard was the first college created in America. It dates back to 1636. For the nearly three centuries of its existence, its motto in Latin was “Truth for Christ and the Church.” Sometime in the early 1900s, it cut off the last part of the phrase (the Christ and the Church part) and only used the word “Veritas” (Latin for Truth). This is part for the course of many of our schools in America—founded by Christians for Christian purposes. But today they are often very anti-Christian. Dr. Dr. Corey Miller is a former professor and the author of a new book called, The Progressive Miseducation of America: Confronting the Cultural Revolution from the Classroom to Your Community. Recently, we spoke with Dr. Miller, president of Radio Christi about his book. Here is a new discussion, exploring what Ratio Chrsti is and how it works to impact students today. www.ratiochristi.org
