Former President Donald J. Trump made history recently when he was impeached twice—the second time when he was out of office. Dr. Paul Kengor wrote an article for the American Spectator, entitled, ‘Impeach FDR!” The subtitle is, “Apparently ex-presidents now can be impeached. So it’s time to right some historic wrongs.” Kengor is a prolific author on American politics, including the presidency. Perhaps the first book to put him on the map was the 2004 tome, God and Ronald Reagan. Kengor also teaches history and political science at Grove City College.
