Years ago, Marshall Foster who has labored for a long time with Campus Crusade for Christ (now Cru), co-wrote a book on the American covenant. Today he has retooled and rewritten that book. It explores how America began with a covenant, on board the Mayflower (the Mayflower Compact) and culminated with the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. Marshall Foster founded the World History Institute, to teach ways in which the Christian faith has positively shaped human history.
