The founders of America cherished religious freedom which they viewed as a gift from God. Jews have historically found great sanctuary in the United States. America was the first nation to recognize Israel as reborn nation in 1948. Dr. Susan Michael is the USA Director for the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. She is involved with the ACLI—American Christian Leaders for Israel—which has seen 1000s of Christian leaders who are in support of Israel.
