David Rolfe is a film-maker specializing in documentaries about the Shroud of Turin. In a previous discussion, he explained a million dollar challenge for anyone who can replicate the Shroud of Turin using the means available to a supposed Medieval forger. Many today claim the Shroud is fake—great. Let them duplicate it and they can earn a million dollars. In this discussion, among other things, Rolfe explains a potential history of the Shroud through the ages.

He also explains the carbon dating of 1988, which supposedly indicated that the Shroud was from the Middle Ages. (Rolfe notes there are scientific problems with that dating).
