There’s a new museum in Washington, D.C. that has opened up in June 2022, and it has been 30 years in the making. This is called the Museum Dedicated to Victims of Communism. Quite frankly, many museums today are given over to political correctness. They engage in a lot of historical revisionism. But this museum exposes the ugliness of Communism for all to see, such as the photograph of the thousands of skulls on display in Cambodia, of those killed during the 1970s “Killing Fields”-era by Pol Pot’s Communist regime. Hans von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation has written about this museum, in which he notes that 100 million human beings have been killed by the Communists (in the 20th century alone) and that “1.5 billion is the number of people still suffering under oppressive, tyrannical communist regimes today.” One living victim of Communism is Virginia Prodan, a frequent guest on Vocal Point. She is the author of Saving My Assassin, her book which details how God spared her life when one of the Communists henchmen came to her office in Romania after hours to assassinate her.
